ENAM needed a system to automate the calculation and payment of staff bonuses during its annual entrance exams, aiming for transparency and HR optimization.
Web Application & Service
The project started with gathering business rules, followed by UML modeling. It was developed in PHP with a MySQL database. Features included staff assignment, attendance validation, and automatic bonus generation.
Secure login and PDF exports were integrated. Multi-department testing was conducted. Delivered in 2019 after one year of agile development.
